At Forestell Designed Landscapes we take great pride in our safety program. We have an excellent orientation program that covers all aspects of keeping a safe workplace. We have a safety committee with weekly meetings and proper reporting. All equipment is examined repeatedly for any safety defects and repairs are made promptly. Each foreman has received their First-Aid Certificate and each crew has a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.
All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment whenever needed. Each employee is fully trained by competent staff on the safe use of each piece of equipment. Many of our employees have received numerous safety certificates and fall-arrest certificates as well. We encourage employees to upgrade training and education and fully fund any courses to do so.
